American Home Shield Names Quality Electrical Contractors of Oxford Conn. 2013 Top Electrical Contractor

Quality Electrical Contractors of Oxford, Conn., has been named the 2013 top-performing electrical contractor for American Home Shield, the nation’s leading provider of home protection plans. With this announcement, Quality Electrical Contactors also receives a $25,000 bonus in the annual Contractor Quality Bonus program.

With a national network of more than 10,000 independent service contractors, American Home Shield rates and rewards service contractors according to customer feedback.

The company relies on its service contractor network to diagnose and repair system and appliance problems for its more than 1.4 million customers across the nation.

According to owner Charles Cubberly, the company earned such a high customer satisfaction rating because he is considerate of his customers and flexible when they need him to be.

In all, six service contractors from across the country each earned a $25,000 bonus from American Home Shield, one from each of the following trade categories: heating and air conditioning; electrical; plumbing; garage door; pool and spa; and appliance. In addition, six service contractors from the same trades earned a $20,000 bonus for having the second highest scores.
